Emmet Butler is a founder partner of Butler Monk Solicitors previously having worked and trained in a firm with particular expertise in large scale residential and commercial leasing transactions. Emmet has a particular interest in employment law and has represented employers and employees before the various employment law bodies.
Emmet has extensive experience in Family mediation and litigation and takes a practical and cost effective approach in resolving the disputes that arise on the breakdown of a relationship.
